Welcome to Gisborne Golf Club (GGC), a beautiful, friendly, and well-loved course in the Macedon Ranges, only 45 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, and 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport.
Set on a wildlife reserve, Gisborne Golf course is an attractive and challenging 18-hole golf course. Consisting of fully watered legend couch fairways and traditional links-style bunkering, it offers one of the best and most affordable golfing experiences north-west of Melbourne. There is an abundance of flora and fauna, and the course is also home to a large population of kangaroos. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or someone who simply enjoys getting out on the greens with mates, the GGC course is open, welcoming, and ready for your next round.
Nestled beside the fairways is the new Gisborne Bar & Bistro, a perfect spot to grab a coffee or a quick snack before you tee off. Or unwind over a delicious meal or a drink at the bar after a big day on the course. Good food, cold drinks, and great views… what more could you want?

KANGAROO TOURS
The Gisborne Golf Course is home to a large wild population of Eastern Grey kangaroos, ranging from large males all the way down to baby joeys. The kangaroos roam around the golf course amongst the golfers.
You can book a 30-minute Kangaroo Tour to see the kangaroos up close in the wild whilst they go about their normal day from the comfort of a 5-seater golf buggy, hosted by a Gisborne Golf Club volunteers.
After your tour, why not enjoy a delicious lunch at the Bar & Bistro overlooking the golf course and stunning Macedon Ranges?
