Gisborne Golf Club has been a longstanding part of the region - a local gathering place where people have met, played, celebrated, and shared meals. With the opening of the new Gisborne Bar & Bistro and Pinnacle Events space, we’ve taken that spirit of community and turned it into something even more welcoming.
The new Bar & Bistro and events space is proudly run by local Australian family owned and operated business, Harvest & Soul. We love our Macedon Ranges region and draw on 20+ years of hospitality experience in the events and catering world, to bring delicious food and a warm experience for locals, members, and visitors.

Gisborne Bar & Bistro Manager and Head Chef of Harvest & Soul Providore in Macedon, Abbey has decades of kitchen experience running large teams that have catered to events of up to 1000+ people.

A proud mum of two, Abbey is looking forward to sharing her passion for delicious, seasonal, and local food with the community she loves.

Meet Saxon – Pinnacle Events
Saxon, a passionate local resident of the Macedon Ranges, brings over 20 years of vibrant experience in hospitality, event management, and venue management at Australia’s top venues and hotels!
At just 19, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, launching a successful event management business. After selling that venture, Saxon founded Venue Management Services, focusing on the dynamic management of private and government-owned venues.
With Saxon’s expertise and enthusiam, Pinnacle Events Macedon Ranges at Gisborne Golf Club is poised to become the ultimate destination for unforgettable celebrations, from breathtaking weddings to inspiring community award nights!
