Just 45 minutes’ drive from Melbourne and moments from Gisborne, we’re the perfect spot for a casual meal or a scenic day out. The Bar & Bistro is open to everyone - members, locals, families, weekend travellers, and anyone who enjoys delicious, honest food in a friendly, picturesque setting.
Whether you’ve just walked off the 18 th hole, celebrating a special occasion, catching up with family and friends or simply enjoying a drink outdoors in the sunshine, you’ll find warm hospitality, a great menu and a curated drinks list of local wines, beers, and cocktails. We also make excellent coffee!
The new Gisborne Golf Club Bar & Bistro is operated by Harvest & Soul, an Australian family-owned business from the Macedon Ranges, renowned for their delicious, chef
prepared food and great hospitality service.
Drawing on a love of fresh, regional, and sustainably sourced produce, the kitchen serves up seasonal dishes, elevated pub classics and share-friendly snacks that are big on flavour and made with care.

Our chefs create delicious seasonal dishes, classic favourites and tasty snacks using local Macedon Ranges produce, all paired with regional wines and cold beers on tap. BOOK A TABLE
Our Bar & Bistro is open to everyone - members, locals, families, weekend travellers, and tourists exploring the region. From a quick drink at the bar to long, lazy weekend lunches, you will always feel welcome here.
We request that Bistro bookings are made online. We are unable to answer the phone during hospitality service periods so online bookings are the fastest way to secure a table.
Bookings are recommended as bistro seating is limited.

Pro Shop Kiosk / Cafe
The Gisborne Golf Club 'grab & go' Kiosk is located in the Pro Shop area.
Here we have a delicious range of easy to eat, take-away options including fresh sandwiches, salads, sweet treats, hot pies & sausage rolls and more. For early arrival, morning guests you can enjoy a delicious egg & bacon roll and a barista coffee before hitting the front nine!
Even if you aren't playing golf, the kiosk has some great outdoor seating to meet up with friends, family or work colleagues.
